("Chariot", the "Company" or the "Group")
Grant of Restricted Share Units to Non-Executive Directors
In accordance with the Company's Non-Executive Directors' Restricted Share Unit Plan, (the "NED RSU Plan"), the following Non-Executive Directors, who participated in the Company's 29 August 2014 Share Placing (the "Placing") are due to receive the following Matching Awards of whole shares in the form of units under the rules of the NED RSU Plan.
These shares vest evenly over the next three years on 23 September 2015, 2016 and 2017 provided that Mr. Canjar and Mr. Trojan retain all of the shares purchased in the Placing, and Mr. Pouroulis retains at least 504,202 of the shares purchased in the Placing. Further details of the NED RSU Plan can be found in the Company's Annual Report.
