Director Shareholding
The Board of RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or "the Group") announces that it received notification on 24 October 2011 that Mr. Andrew Brode had transferred 556,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Group to the King Edward's School Birmingham Trust.
Mr. Brode is the Executive Chairman of the Group. He had previously announced on 13 October 2011 his intention to gift these shares to the school trust.
Following the above mentioned gift, the Brode family interests in the ordinary shares of the Group are 18,034,812 shares, representing 42.62% of the issued share capital.
