Belvoir Lettings PLC (AIM: BLV), has today been notified that Andrew Borkowski, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 15,615 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 127.75p per share on 13 June 2014.
Following this transaction, Andrew Borkowski holds 15,615 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.07% of total issued share capital and voting rights of the Company.
