Diurnal Group plc (AIM: DNL), the specialty pharmaceutical company targeting patient needs in chronic endocrine (hormonal) diseases, announces the following Directors' dealings undertaken for tax planning purposes:
John Goddard, Non-executive Director, sold 38,461 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33 pence per Ordinary Share and purchased 38,361 Ordinary Shares at a price of 33.08 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the transactions, his total beneficial interest is 188,489 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.2% of the total voting rights as at 26 June 2020.
