Synectics plc (AIM: SNX), a leader in advanced security and surveillance solutions, announces that it was notified on 11 March 2026 that on the same day Mr Paul Williams, Chief Financial Officer of the Company purchased, via his Self-Invested Personal Pension, 5,574 ordinary shares of 20 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 179.40 pence per share.
