Director Dealings
In accordance with Rule 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, Challenger was notified on 28 June 2017 of certain transactions by Mark Gustafson, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, in the shares of Challenger. In compliance with Rule 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following transactions:

Following these purchases totaling 150,000 Shares, Mr Gustafson now holds 1,150,000 Shares representing 2 per cent. of the total issued share capital of the Company. He also holds £30,000 in convertible notes, convertible at 3p until 17 May 2018 (see RNS dated 18 May 2017).
