Diurnal Group plc (AIM: DNL), the specialty pharmaceutical company targeting patient needs in chronic endocrine (hormonal) diseases, announces the following Director's dealing:
Richard Bungay, Chief Financial Officer, sold 41,873 Ordinary Shares at a price of 30.25 pence per Ordinary Share in order to fund his personal tax liability arising from the vesting of his deferred bonus award of 86,066 Ordinary Shares, as detailed in the RNS announcement dated 13 July 2020. Following the sale of shares the total beneficial interest of Richard Bungay is 107,109 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09% of the total voting rights.
