The 600 Group PLC ("the Group", "the Company"), the diversified engineering group servicing international markets, was today informed that Nigel Rogers, Chief Executive Officer, today acquired 100,000 shares at 20.25p for his pension fund.
Mr. Rogers is now interested in 100,000 ordinary shares which represents approximately 0.16% of the total voting rights.
