SEC Newgate S.p.A. (AIM: SECG.L) has been notified that Ms Emma Kane, an Executive Director of the Company, has purchased certificates of depository interests ("CDIs") over a total of 30,301 Ordinary Shares of no par value at a price of 33p per CDI.
Following this purchase, Ms Kane is beneficially interested in 455,750 CDIs in SEC Newgate, representing 1.88 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
