Director dealing
The Company has received notification that on 17 March 2017, John Moy, Non-executive Director of the Company, and members of his family made the following transactions between themselves in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Shares"):
· James Moy, John Moy's adult son, sold 2,400,000 Shares to John Moy at 7.5 pence per Share and no longer has a notifiable interest in the Company's Shares; and
· John Moy then transferred his resultant entire holding of 6,900,000 Shares to his wife, Maureen Moy.
John Moy now has beneficial interests in the Company of 6,900,000 Shares including those of his wife, representing 11.62% of the issued share capital of the Company.
