Following this purchase Mr Powell-Smith is interested in 20,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 0.04% of the issued share capital. Mr George Bright, the chief executive of the Company, had purchased 12,000 ordinary shares of 2.5p each in the Company at 46.5p per share.
