The Company was informed today that Jonathan Hale (CFO) sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 71.3p per share on 22 July 2015.
Following the sale, Mr. Hale's shareholding in the Company is reduced from 1,429,458 ordinary shares to 1,329,458, a decrease in percentage holding from 1.71% to 1.59% of the total issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
