Director Dealing

Jersey Oil & Gas (AIM: JOG), an independent upstream oil and gas company ‎focused on the UK Continental Shelf region of the North Sea, was notified on 10 May 2021 that, on 7 May 2021, Leslie Thomas, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, bought 25,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 159.25 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Acquisition"). As a result of the Acquisition, Mr Thomas' total shareholding in the Company comprises 25,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.08 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
