Director Dealing
The Company was informed today that Michael Rosenberg, a director of the Company, transferred 12,000 shares in Shefa Yamim, to his pension fund, of which he is the sole beneficiary, and such shares will be registered in the name of WB Nominees Limited. The shares were transferred at a price of 105p and remain subject to the lock in arrangements entered into at the time of the Company's Admission. Michael's beneficial holding of 22,728 shares in the Company remains unchanged.
