London, 15 September 2015 - Mwana Africa PLC was notified yesterday that Scott Morrison, a Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired on 9 September 2015, 6,960,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence in the Company at a price of 0.92p per share.

As a result of this purchase Scott Morrison has a total beneficial interest in 6,960,000 shares representing 0.50% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
