The Company received notice on 11 July 2013 that Peter Levine, Chairman, purchased 3,400,000 ordinary shares at 15.5 pence per share on 11 July. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 71,973,525 shares representing 26.79% of the issued share capital of the Company.
