Jelf Group PLC10 August 2007 10 August 2007 Jelf Group plc ('Jelf') Director Dealing The Board of Jelf Group plc announces that Michael King, Executive Director,yesterday sold 100,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 183p pershare to the Jelf Group Employee Benefit Trust (EBT), following the partialexercise of an Option agreement granted by Michael King to the EBT on 9 October,2006. There remains an Option for the EBT to purchase up to a further 400,000ordinary shares at the same price at any time up until 22 March, 2009. Following this sale, Michael King is now interested in 1,480,008 ordinaryshares, representing 5.79% of the Company's total issued share capital.
