("CyanConnode Holdings plc" or the "Company")
Director dealing
The Company was informed on 28 October 2020, that Peter Tyler, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and Kathryn Tyler, his wife, transferred 250,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), held in a joint account into their individual ISA accounts (125,000 in each of their personal ISAs), at a price of 5.1 pence per Ordinary Share, by way of sale and repurchase in the market. Post this transaction, Peter Tyler and persons closely associated are interested in 2,489,004 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.36% of the Company's total voting rights.
The Company was informed on 27 October that on 16 October 2020, 56,556 Ordinary Shares owned by Chris Jones, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, were erroneously sold on his behalf by a third party custodian. Mr Jones had no knowledge of the disposal at a price of 5.14 pence per share. The Company was not in a close period at the time. On 29 October 2020 Chris Jones purchased 56,556 Ordinary Shares at a price of 4.90 pence per share.
