SEC Newgate S.p.A. (AIM: SECN.L), the insight-driven global strategic communications group that works at the nexus of business, politics, communities, markets and media, has been notified that Ms Emma Kane, an Executive Director of the Company, has purchased certificates of depository interests ("CDIs") over a total of 27,551 Ordinary Shares of no par value at a price of 49p per CDI.
Following this purchase, Ms Kane is beneficially interested in 574,271 CDIs in SEC Newgate, representing 2.37 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
