The Company received notice on 11 January 2013 that Peter Levine, Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at 25 pence per share on 11 January. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 68,648,525 shares representing 25.55% of the issued share capital of the Company.
