The Company was notified on 19 January 2015 that on 19 January 2015 Dr Cameron Davies, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred 1,064,806 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company to his wife, Linda Davies, for nil consideration.

Dr Davies' total interest in the Company remains 2,929,611 ordinary shares, representing 1.98% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
