Insig AI plc (AIM: INSG), the data science and machine learning group, has been notified that, Richard Bernstein, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has purchased 350,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 11.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following the purchase, Mr Bernstein's shareholding stands at 22,553,380 Ordinary Shares, which represents 19.24% of Insig AI's current total voting rights.
