The Company was notified on 27 March 2009 that Phillip Lee, the Company's Finance Director, purchased 55,435 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 6.3 pence per share. 

As a result of this transaction, Phil Lee has a beneficial interest in the Company of 55,435 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the issued share capital of the Company.
