Dublin, 26 November 2012 - Minco Plc (AIM-"MIO"), the Irish exploration and development company, reports that it was notified on 23 November 2012 that Mr. Rowan Maule, a non-executive director, acquired 825,000 ordinary shares of Minco at a price of £0.02 per ordinary share on 20 November 2012.

Following the above transaction, Rowan Maule's beneficial shareholding in the Company is 825,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.24% of the Company's total issued ordinary share capital.
