The City Pub Group plc (AIM: CPC) announces that it has been notified that Richard Prickett, Senior Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, today purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 78.20 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Richard Prickett is beneficially interested in 164,130 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
