Ortac Resources Ltd ("Ortac"), the AIM listed exploration and mine development company, announces that it was today notified that on 31 March 2015, Vassilios Carellas, CEO, sold a total of 13,355,983 ordinary shares at a price of 0.089p per share and immediately repurchased 13,355,983 ordinary shares at a price of 0.09p per share through a Bed and ISA arrangement.

Following this transfer, Vassilios Carellas's beneficial holding of 40,391,175 ordinary shares representing approximately 1.43 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital, remains unchanged.
