SEC Newgate S.p.A., (AIM: SECN), the insight-driven global strategic communications group that works at the nexus of business, politics, communities, markets and media, has been notified that, on 28 January 2021 Andrea Cornelli, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased in an off-market transaction 100,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value ("Shares") at a price of 46.95p per Share.
Following this purchase, Mr Cornelli is beneficially interested in 100,000 Shares in SEC Newgate, representing approximately 0.41 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
