Phoenix Global Resources plc (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR) has allotted and issued 86,337 ordinary shares of nominal value of 10 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares") to Sir Michael Rake the Chairman of the Company, at a price of 30 pence per Ordinary Share, in respect of fees accrued pursuant to the terms of his appointment as a non-executive director for the period up to the completion of the business combination with Trefoil Holdings B.V. Following this transaction, Sir Michael Rake holds a beneficial interest of 0.003% in the Company.
