The Company announces that it was notified today, that on 19 September 2013, Martin Thompson, a Director of the Company, and his wife, each sold 3,300 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Share(s)") at a price of 341p per Share.

As a result, Martin Thompson's beneficial interest in the Company is 26,780 Shares, which represents 0.30% of the issued share capital of the Company.
