Director Dealing and Holdings in Company

Norcon (AIM: NCON), the global communications network specialist, was notified on 17 February 2016 of the following transactions:

Trond Tostrup, Executive Chairman, purchased a total of 140,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 12p per share on 17 February 2016. Pursuant to this acquisition, Trond Tostrup is now interested in a total of 512,222 ordinary shares, which represents 1.04% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.

On the same date, Norconsult Telematics Holding Ltd. purchased 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares in Norcon. Norconsult Telematics Holding Ltd. is now interested in 27,170,511 ordinary shares, which represents 55.11% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
