Director Dealing and Exercise of Options

Access Intelligence was notified on 24 March 2010 that on 24 March 2010 Michael Jackson, Chairman transferred 7,000,000 of his 9,808,103 ordinary share options, exercisable at 2.75p. The recipients of these transfers are Jeremy Hamer (Finance Director) as to 2,000,000, Howard Sears (Non-executive Director) as to 2,500,000 and Tony Dillon (Cobent Director) as to 2,500,000. Following the transfer Michael Jackson holds 2,808,103 ordinary share options and Jeremy Hamer holds 4,100,000 ordinary share options.

Access Intelligence plc also announces today the grant of 3,478,260 EMI options at a price of 5.75p to members of the Cobent management team, including Howard Sears who received 1,739,130 options. Together with the options transferred above Howard Sears owns 16,666,667 shares and holds options over a further 4,239,130 ordinary shares.

The company has also been informed that Jeremy Hamer wishes to exercise 2,000,000 share options at 2.75p. Following the exercise Jeremy Hamer will be the beneficial owner of 5,441,762 ordinary shares, which will represent 2.14% of the ordinary share capital, and he will hold 2,100,000 share options.

It is expected that the new ordinary shares will be admitted to trading on 31 March 2010.

Access Intelligence was also notified on 24 March 2010 that Tony Dillon owns 13,000,000 ordinary shares which will represent 5.10% of the ordinary share capital.

Following the issue of the 2,000,000 new ordinary shares the Company's capital will consist of 254,770,696 ordinary shares with voting rights.

Access Intelligence plc does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in Access Intelligence will be 254,770,696.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Access Intelligence plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
