The Company received notice on 12 February 2013 that Peter Levine, Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares at 23 pence per share on 12 February. Following this transaction Mr. Levine's beneficial holding in the Company amounts to 68,448,525 shares representing 25.47% of the issued share capital of the Company.
