Ortac Resources Ltd ("Ortac"), the AIM listed exploration and mine development company, announces that it was notified on 22 April 2015 that Mr Anthony Balme, Executive Chairman of the Company, on that date bought 3,500,000 ordinary shares at a price of 0.119p per share through the Carter Capital Pension Scheme (1,750,000 ordinary shares) and AMC Ltd (1,750,000 ordinary shares).

Following these transactions, Anthony Balme's beneficial holding has increased to 206,084,941 ordinary shares representing approximately 7.29 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
