Share plc (AIM:SHRE.LN) announces that the following director dealing took place on 19 December 2013:

Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, sold 434,787 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") held outside of his ISA at a price of 23 pence per Ordinary Share.

Gavin Oldham, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 434,782 Ordinary Shares inside his ISA at a price of 23 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following these transactions, Gavin Oldham's total personal holding is 17,574,417 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 12.23% of the current issued Ordinary Shares.
