Director's Dealing

Formation Group PLC (AIM: FRM) announces the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") by Noel O'Carroll, Group Finance Director. The dealing took place and was notified to the Company on 4 February 2015.

Noel O'Carroll has purchased 250,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 1.45p per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction, Noel has an interest in 1,005,316 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.46 per cent. of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital. Noel also holds an option over 300,000 Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 22.75 pence.
