The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator, announces that on 4th May 2016 it was informed that on that day the estate of Andrew Rosenfeld had transferred 21,639,133 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to James Oliver Rosenfeld, Non-Executive Director, and Matthew Harry Rosenfeld at nil cost (the "Transfer").Following the Transfer, James Rosenfeld and Matthew Rosenfeld jointly hold 21,639,133 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 28.1 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
