Director Dealing

MySale Group plc (AIM: MYSL) (the "Company") a leading online retailer with established international flash sale websites has today been informed of the following dealing in the Company's shares:

Mr. Carl Jackson, Chief Executive Officer of MySale, today transferred, for nil consideration, his entire holding of 3,745,000 ordinary shares of no par value each (the "Ordinary Shares") to The Jackson Family Trust. Jackson Family Capital PTY Limited, a Company owned jointly by Carl Jackson and his wife, is the trustee of The Jackson Family Trust whose beneficiaries are Carl Jackson, his wife and the wider members of the Jackson family. The transfer has been made as part of Carl Jackson's planning of his financial affairs.

Accordingly, following this transfer Mr. Jackson retains a beneficial interest in 3,745,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.5% of the issued share capital, of the Company.
