The Company was informed on 27 December 2023, that David Johns-Powell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company transferred 2,885,010 ordinary shares of 2.0 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), held by his company, WPS Capital Ltd (formally William Powell & Sons Ltd), to his own name at a price of 8.0 pence per Ordinary Share. Post this transaction, David Johns-Powell's interests in Ordinary Shares in the Company remain at 17,121,561, representing approximately 5.72% of the Company's total voting rights.
