Omega, the medical diagnostics company focused on allergy, food intolerance and infectious disease, announces that Andrew Shepherd, Chief Executive, today purchased 62,500 shares at 16p per share. Following this share purchase, Mr Shepherd now has an interest in 2,018,030 shares representing approximately 2.37 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
