The Company announces that it was notified by André Schnabl, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, that on 20 May 2024, he purchased 71,598 common shares in the Company of US$0.025 each ("Common Shares"), at a price of £0.54 per Common Share. Following this transaction, Mr. Schnabl holds 118,011 Common Shares representing 0.51 per cent of the total issued capital of the Company.
