On 9 April 2013 Sir Hossein Yassaie, Chief Executive Officer of Imagination Technologies Group plc ("the Company") carried out the following transaction.

Sir Hossein Yassaie exercised a share option over 2,298 shares which were granted to him in October 2009 under the Company's Save-As-You-Earn scheme at an exercise price of 139 pence.

All of the 2,298 shares have been retained increasing his shareholding to 816,245 ordinary shares in the Company.
