Holders Technology plc ("Holders Technology" or the "Group") Director Changes
Holders Technology (AIM: HDT) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Geraghty as Group Finance Director with immediate effect. Jim Shawyer, who has been Group Finance Director for 10 years, will step down with immediate effect, as announced last July. Jim will continue to advise the Group in a consultancy capacity.
PaulKevin Ian Geraghty, Group Finance Director (Aged 50)
Paul is a Finance Director and Chartered Accountant who joins the business with experience of working with businesses of up to £100 million turnover. He has a strong commercial track record in the contracting, engineering and service sectors, and brings relevant public and private company experience in areas including mergers, fundraising, compliance and AIM group reporting.
