Director change

NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC, "NCC Group" or "the Group"), the international, independent provider of Escrow and Assurance Testing, announces that James Wallace, a non executive director, has indicated his intention to retire at the Group's next AGM in September.

Debbie Hewitt will become the senior independent non executive director and David McKeith will take over as Chairman of the audit committee. The Group is actively seeking an additional non-executive director.

Paul Mitchell, non-executive Chairman, said:
