Director change in information - Listing Rule 9.6.14

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces the following changes to director details in respect of Stephen Hemsley and Nigel Wray.

The Company has been notified that Wey Bridging Limited ("WBL") has been placed into administration. Stephen Hemsley and Nigel Wray are directors of WBL.

The Company has been notified that MyHome Systems Limited ("MSL") and Clean Team (Windows) Limited ("CTL") have been placed into administration. Stephen Hemsley was director of MSL and CTL.

The Company has also been notified that British Seafoods Group Holdings Limited ("BSGH") and British Seafoods Distribution Group Holdings Limited ("BSDG") have been placed into administration. Nigel Wray was a director of BSHG and BSDG.
