Director change
NCC Group plc (LSE: NCC), the international, independent provider of Escrow and Assurance Testing, announces that Paul Edwards, the Finance Director, has decided to step down from the Board and will leave the Group on 20 January 2010.
NCC Group has started the process of seeking a new finance director from outside the Group.
As stated at the Group's IMS on 16 October 2009; NCC Group remains well on track to deliver another strong year, in line with market expectations, which positions the Group well for continued long term, sustained growth.
The Group will be publishing its Interim Results for the six months to 30 November 2009 on Thursday, 21 January 2010.
Paul Mitchell, Group Chairman, commented:
"After nine years making a valuable contribution to NCC Group, Paul has decided to look at alternative career opportunities. On behalf of the Board I would like to thank him for all his efforts and to wish him well for the future."
