Resignation of Chairman and Appointment of Interim Chairman

The Company announces that Ghanim Al Saad is resigning as Chairman and Non-Executive Director of the Company to focus on other interests. His resignation is effective 4 April 2018. Mr Al Saad remains a supportive substantial shareholder of the Company.

While the Company searches for a new Non-Executive Chairman, Zafarullah Karim, Executive Director, will act as Interim Chairman.

The Board thanks Mr Al Saad for his significant contribution to the Company.
