Stuart Kellas (substantive role of Chief Financial Officer) is leaving Citizen and has resigned his directorship of Citizen Treasury plc with effect from 1 July 2021. Gary Booth (Interim Chief Financial Officer) has been appointed as director of Citizen Treasury plc with effect from 1 July 2021.

Stuart has been Citizen's Interim Chief Operating Officer since June 2020 and Madeleine Nelson joins Citizen as Chief Operating Officer on 1 July 2021 from Plus Dane Housing.
