Appointment/Resignation of Non-Executive Director
eServGlobal Limited (LSE:ESG) today announces the appointment of James Brooke as a Non-Executive Director.
Mr Brooke is based in London, UK and has extensive business experience in the European technology and communications marketplace. He is a fund manager at Gartmore Investment Limited, a UK based independent fund manager with over £22bn under management as at 31 December 2009.
Save for the disclosures above and below, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

The Company also advises of the resignation of Ian Buddery as a Non-Executive Director, effective 26 July 2010. The Board wishes to express its deep gratitude to Mr Buddery for his long and committed service to the Company and extends its best wishes to him in his future endeavours.
