IP Group - Board Change
IP Group plc (LSE: IPO) ("IP Group" or the "Company" or "Group"), the developer of intellectual property based businesses, today announces that Magnus Goodlad, Chief Operating Officer, has notified the Board of his intention to step down as a Director of the Company with effect from the publication of the Group's Half-Yearly Results at the end of August 2010 to pursue new opportunities.
Alan Aubrey, Chief Executive of IP Group, commented "I would like to thank Magnus for his very significant contribution to the development of the Group's business in many areas over the past six years. On behalf of all the Board, I wish him every success for the future."
