Director Purchases Shares 

The Company announces that it was informed yesterday that Rod Beddows, non-executive director of the Company, bought 30,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company on 4 May 2010 at a price of 51.5 pence per share. Rod Beddows now owns 122,500 shares in the Company (0.16% of the issued share capital).
